What is a Flowshop Project?
Flowshop represents the idea the actions you take influence your future situation. A Project is a series of
"Actions", all influential in terms of property investment analysis. Choose from the toolbox the actions
you need (for example, a property you bought or a mortgage you took). Set just a few details (loan
amount, for example) and you are set. If you need to create some alternatives, sign which of the actions
you've added to your Project is "active", and immediately get a complete financial report describing your
expected timeline.

Dealing with estate for years, I've discovered it's sometimes tricky to have everything well planned on a
decent table, not to mention changing, updating and analysing. The basics are actually very simple, but
you need to be able to grasp the whole picture.
Three main scenarios are typical for most people:
This is the first version of the software intended to let normal people (normal, i.e. "no special education")
